چکیده
Abstract Introduction/Objective Since the start of COVID-19 pandemic, much research has focused on kinetics and magnitude humoral immune response. With advantages monitoring real-time immunoreactions, label-free immunoassay (LFIA) is becoming a powerful tool in serology studies. We have developed LFIAs to measure SARS- CoV-2 antibody avidity neutralization activity cohort patients determine if they correlate with concentration. Serial serum samples collected from mild severe were measured out 8 months post-symptom onset durability neutralizing Methods/Case Report Based thin-film interferometry technology, we established IgG assay surrogate virus test (LF-sVNT). For measurement, sensing probes pre-coated receptor-binding domain (RBD) SARS-CoV-2 spike protein are applied containing antibodies. The measures binding strength between RBD under urea dissociation. LF-sVNT analyzes ability ACE2 after Results (if Case Study enter NA) indices titers (IC50) determined (n=246) (n=113). concentrations using fluorescent immunoassay. showed weak correlation no indices. Over time course up onset, presented similar trends: an initial rise, plateau then some cases gradual decline 40 days. indices, same cases, plateaued rise. Conclusion results demonstrated that LFIA could be used excellent solution determination characteristics. study found concentration titer declined over time, while index remained constant reaching plateau. can attributed reduction quantity rather than deterioration quality, as by avidity.

Dear Editor The current epidemic of the novel Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) risen from Wuhan, China, turned into a worldwide concern because of its incubation period (2-14 days) and its high transmission rate. The first cases of the infection were reported in December 2019 in Wuhan with symptoms like pneumonia for an unknown reason. Very soon it was known as a novel kind of Coronavirus o...
متن کاملSeroprevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody in healthcare workers: A report from Rafsanjan, Iran
Background: Healthcare workers (HCWs) have a high risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Seroprevalence studies can provide related data on HCWs who have a history of infections. According to numerous seroepidemiological reports of COVID-19 in different groups and the lack of seroepidemiological reports of COVID-19 in HCWs in Rafsanjan, the aim of this study was to determine the SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalenc...

Currently, the pandemic caused by a novel coronavirus, namely severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), is one of the most serious issues worldwide. SARS-CoV-2 was first observed in Wuhan, China, on December 31, 2019; this disease has been rapidly spreading worldwide. Iran was the first Middle East country to report a coronavirus death, it has been severely affected. Therefo...
